All orders are processed within 2-5 days.
Shipments do not occur on weekends or holidays. If there are high volume orders it may take longer than 5 days to process and may have a longer shipping time. We cannot control the shipping time, because it is not in our control.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping on standard shipping only. Shipping can only occur in the U.S.

Thread and Den is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We only ship in the U.S.
We do not accept returns. Please make sure you actually want to purchase the item and that you have measured yourself for the size. If you're between sizes go for the size up. If product is damaged, (the printing is bad, it's torn, not sewn right) we will replace the item if it was not damaged from shipping.
